Almost certainly. Any scanner that types the code and sends Enter works, and receipts print to a normal 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer. A4 tax invoices print to any printer.
Supported. Weigh, print the label from your scale, and scanning it puts the right weight and price on the bill. You can also key a decimal quantity by hand.
Completely. Every record carries the id of the business that owns it, and the system refuses to write one without it. Staff from another shop cannot see your data even with a valid login.
